Bicentenarios Iberoamérica
Between 2004 and 2025, the Independence Bicentennials of Latin American Republics will be celebrated. SEACEX wishes to be part of the celebrations that governments and other civil society agents in Latin American are promoting. To this end, SEACEX has put together a series of initiatives in collaboration with various Latin American institutions. The objective of this programme is to strengthen the networks that make up the Latin American space in order to move forward in the construction of our shared future.
