Born in Lleida, Spain in 1975.

 

Independent contemporary art curator. Cinema programmer: experimental, animation, documentary and independent cinema. Content designer and professor of specialized courses on art: Aula Xcèntric, of the CCCB; Universidad Politécnica of Valencia; Bellas Artes of Valencia; SGAE – Fundación Autor, Barcelona and Valencia; Cinema Observatory (2004-2006), Barcelona; Aula de Cultura CAM, Alicante. Visiting professor of the Master on Curatorship and Exhibition Design in Elisava, Barcelona.

Since 2004, he has been the creator and programmer of the Invisible Cinema section, which is part of the regular Xcèntric programme of the CCCB Barcelona. Co-founder and member of the magazine-group Cabeza Borrador Madrid, (2001). Director, along with Miguel Fernández Labayen, of the programme Xperimenta. Miradas contemporáneas del cine experimental, CCCB Barcelona.

Curator, together with Andrés Hispano, of the exhibition That’s not entertainment: El cine responde al cine CCCB (2006-7), which was held at the Centro Párraga, Murcia (2007) and Bancaja, Valencia (2007-8) and of the itinerant program of spanish experimental cinema Del éxtasis al arrebato. 50 años del otro cine español, organized by CCCB and SEACEX, Melbourne (2009), New York, Washington, Miami, Tokio, Madrid, Barcelona (2010) and London (2011).
